Powdered French toast

  • Beat together OVOFLO, milk and vanilla. Reserve.
  • Dip each bread in mixture and turn on each side until well coated
  • Melt butter in skillet and cook bread slices on both sides until slightly roasted.
  • Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar with fruits as accompaniment.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml OVOFLO lightly beaten (4 eggs)
  • 60 ml Milk (¼ cup)
  • 5 ml Vanilla extract (1 teaspoon)
  • 4 Slices of bread
  • 10 ml Butter (2 teaspoons)
  • 5 ml Powdered sugar (1 teaspoon)
