With a little imagination, the classic egg salad can be appealing both to the eye and taste buds! You can create your own “EXPRESS” egg-based salad, using as many different combinations and presentations as you wish. The inventive Chef creates his own masterpiece!

  • Gherkins and cucumbers
  • Soya sauce and shallots
  • Chutney and almonds
  • Cream cheese and oranges
  • Garlic cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon and caviar
  • Chopped ham and avocado
  • Shrimps / crabmeat, gherkins, lemon rind
  • Bacon bits and cooked spinach
  • Chopped nuts (cashews, almonds, pecans…) or seeds (sesame, poppy…)


  • Your choice of oil and vinegar
  • Dijon mustard
  • Mayonnaise
  • Sour Cream
  • Yogourt

Use just enough to moisten


  • Toasted bread
  • Tart fillings
  • Timbales
  • Pastry puffs
  • Hollowed out vegetables: cucumber, squash, tomato, pepper, avocado, mushroom, snow pea hulls…


Cut and purée eggs, adding sour cream, yoghurt or cottage cheese. Season with onions, garlic or anchovy pâté and serve with vegetables or crackers…
